Warranty
Inventive Products warrants all equipment for 2 years from the date of purchase, and will repair or replace any component defect in the machine including the spark gap. Product will not be covered that is damaged either through shipping, abuse, or improper setup and operation.
NOTE: Spark gaps are supposed to wear, however it typically takes over 3 years of use before the gaps will need maintenance. Inventive Products will replace the gaps and service the machine for a very reasonable price. For warranty repair, the client is responsible for packaging and shipping to Inventive Products. Inventive Products will pay return shipping if the product has a valid warranty repair issue. For product out of warranty, please ccontact us to obtain a return authorization and an estimate of repair cost.
Guarantee
This machine has a 60/90 day partial money back guarantee if for any reason you feel that the MWO is not performing up to your expectations. Customer must keep written experimental notebook for the months of use, and you return it to us in its original packaging in good condition within the first 60 days, we will refund to you 60% of your purchase price. If you elect to return you machine between 60 and 90 days, we will refund 50% your purchase price. After 90 days we will not accept returns except for repair or upgrade. The client is responsible for packaging and shipping cost back to Inventive Products and refunds will not be made for damaged machines either through shipping damage, or through abuse, or improper set up and operation of the machines. All guarantee returns must have a RMA number which can be obtained by calling IP prior to shipment.
